Structural characterization of N-phosphoryl branched peptides

The structural characteristics of N-phosphoryl branched peptides 2–5 in solution were investigated by NMR spectroscopy. We observed diastereotopic phenomena, interactions between hydrogen bonds and lack of regular secondary structure in these peptides.
