Multiple Names

This paper tries to explain what a multiple name is and how it was and is used. The paper goes on with the examination of the treatment of multiple names in library catalogs, providing some examples from national libraries’ OPACs, and with a preliminary analysis of the multiple names using FRBR attributes.
