Abstract :
The impactofanticipatedpolicychangeswhenagentsformexpectationsusingadaptive
learningratherthanrationalexpectationsisconsidered.Agentsareassumedtocombine
limited structuralknowledgewithastandardadaptivelearningrule.Theseissuesare
analyzed usingtwowell-knownset-ups,anendowmenteconomyandtheRamsey
model.Inourscenariothereareimportantdeviationsfrombothrationalexpectations
and purelyadaptivelearning.Theapproachcouldbeappliedtootherframeworks
