Study on effect of intellectual capital on economic and noneconomic performance evaluation (Case Study: University of Isfahan)

Today intellectual capital is the most important kind of organizational capital .creating such capital can impact on organizational performance .In this paper we try to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on Economic and noneconomic performance that was introduce by Kaplan and Nortoon in Balance Score Card model .Intellectual capital has measured by three variables structural capital, relational capital and human capital. Economic performance has measured by financial perspective and noneconomic performance has measured by customer perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective .sample has taken among Esfahan university employees .Data collection method is questionnaire then it analyze with statistical methods and SPSS and AMOS software. Findings show that intellectual capital has effect on Economical and noneconomic performance through relational capital.
