Abstract :
The research on the relationship between social capital and organizational learning Booshehr has
been Imam Khomeini Aid Committee. Organizational learning process and a set of actions that
would lead to employee learning and the learning organization include organizational behavior is
characterized apply. Learning environment for all members of such organizations are provided,
and people continue to use what they have learned, and by deciding (Khalili, 1383). Managers can
adopt the necessary measures to create an atmosphere of trust, commitment, communication
networks, partnerships, relationships, values and mutual understanding among members of social
capital as a component of be successful in generating and transmitting knowledge and improve
organizational learning. In this study, social capital and organizational learning questionnaire
among 215 employees who were randomly selected from Imam Khomeini Aid Committee were
distributed. Both the questionnaires were confirmed by content validity and reliability are masters
of 0. 82 and 0. 78, respectively, were determined. In this study, Pearson correlation test was used
to analyze the data. According to the results of the main hypothesis of the study it was found that
there is a significant relationship between social capital and organizational learning. Furthermore,
the results indicate that only the component of secondary hypotheses commitment and
organizational learning has been observed between committee staff and between other
components and there is no significant relationship between organizational learning.
