Some equivalence theorems with K-functionals Original Research Article

The generalized Riesz means, which were introduced by Ditzian (Acta Math. Hungar. 75 (1997) 165), are shown to be equivalent to the corresponding K-functionals in a general setting. Similar results are also obtained for the Cesàro means.
