Abstract :
The predictor-corrector split-step Fourier method (SSFM) is proposed for solving a nonlinear Schrodinger equation. In comparison with the symmetrized SSFM, the proposed method greatly decreases the relative error and increases the computing speed by ~2.8 to ~5.5 times at the same accuracy.
