A coincidence degree for bifurcation problems Original Research Article

In this work we define a new type of coincidence degree for a pair of operators (L,A) with A compact and L a compact perturbation of the identity to establish some results for bifurcation problems. Similar results to Krasnoselski and Rabinowitz theorems are given. Finally, these results are extended for operators of monotone type defined from a Banach space into its dual, using the super-elliptic regularization theorem due to Browder–Ton.
