Abstract
This paper is devoted to the proof of the well posedness of the initial boundary value problem for a system of conservation laws of Temple type. No assumption on the monotonicity of the eigenvalues along the Lax curves is assumed and the total variation of the initial data is not required to be small. The solution is shown to be a Lipschitz function of the initial and boundary data, of time and of the boundary profile as well.
