Abstract :
We introduce the class of KKM-type mappings on metric spaces and establish some fixed point theorems for this class. We also obtain a generalized Fanʹs matching theorem, a generalized Fan–Browderʹs type theorem, and a new version of Fanʹs best approximation theorem.
