We describe the optimal synthesis of controlled trajectories for a mathematical model for tumor anti-angiogenesis when natural growth and death of the endothelial support are included in the modeling. The admissibility of an optimal singular arc that forms the center piece for this synthesis is investigated depending on a parameter μμ that denotes the net rate of these effects on the carrying capacity of the vasculature.
