On the non-uniqueness of minimal projections in image and discrete Walsh projections Original Research Article

We prove that every minimal projection of View the MathML sourceℓ1n onto kk dimensional space (k≠1,n−1k≠1,n−1) that has a non-zero matrix in the canonical basis is not unique minimal. This leads to the complete characterization of uniqueness of the discrete Walsh projections.
