Identifies and ranks the dimensions of knowledge management based on the building blocks of the knowledge management model using the Fuzzy TOPSIS technique

The purpose of this research is to identify and rank dimensions of knowledge management based on the building blocks of the knowledge management model using the Fuzzy TOPSIS technique. This model has 8 main dimensions and 33 sub-criteria or alternatives. Using the independent Chi 2 correlation tests first, the correlation between the 8 above-mentioned dimensions and knowledge management implementation was examined. The results showed a positive and meaningful correlation between variables. To rank different components of the above-mentioned model, one of the new methods of multi-criteria decision making - the fuzzy TOPSIS technique-was used. The results obtained from fuzzy TOPSIS technique indicated that the “Designing and formation of community of practices (COP) for periodic assessment of knowledge at the university” was selected as the most important component of the mentioned model among which the major dimensions of “Knowledge assessment” were selected as the most important dimension.
