SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGY REQUISITE SKILLS FOR HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

The objective of the present study was to identify the teacher’s assessment of the student’s sustainable technology skills. The sample of the study was 50 higher secondary school science teachers who were working in Puducherry region . . Sustainable technology skill survey was used for this study. This tool was originally used by Pezzoli et. al in Hawaii university in 2000. Data was collected and survey method was used.The content validated questionnaire was administered to a sample of 50 higher secondary teachers who were teaching science subjects in Puducherry region. The results showed that computational skills ranked higher compared than the other skills.
