Underwater pyrotechnics: Chaotic advectors on micro-bubbles in laser-illuminated saturated solutions

When low-power laser light (<1 W) is incident on saturated aqueous salt solutions, micro-bubbles form. Their expansion results in micro-crystallite formation on the bubble surfaces. These micro-crystals provide chaotic advectors that can be used to track fluid trajectories, in which Levy flights are present in a general laminar flow
