Generalized susceptibilities and the matrix of kinetic coefficients. Application to 3He-A and 3He-B

We consider the relations among generalized susceptibilities and the matrix of kinetic coefficients. These ralations are obtained on the basis of linear response to external fields conjugated to the considered dynamic variables. In this paper the attention is payed to the fact that information about kinetic coefficients is contained in the expression for susceptibilities. It is shown in the case of 3He-A and 3He-B that relations among generalized susceptibilities can be treated as our Onsager type relations.
