Study of factors affecting the export and its legal barriers

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers and problems that are gripped to producers and exporters in exporting, and examines those cases in different economic sectors and in different countries. Based on these considerations, it can be said that more or less, export barriers and problems are similar in the different economic sectors and different countries and it related to these subjects with slight differences: lack or shortage of export knowledge, lack or shortage of necessary information about markets where export occurs there; costs that international transportation imposed to the exporter, as well as the legal barriers in origin country and the legal barriers in destination country.
