Investigation of the critical behavior of the critical point of the Z2 gauge lattice Original Research Article

We investigate, through Monte Carlo simulations, the nature of the second-order point in a Z2 (Bosonic) Z2 gauge theory in four dimensions. Detailed analysis of the critical exponents point to the Ising universality class. The relevance to extended models and possible non-Gaussian behavior is discussed.
