Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to comparative study of quality cognitive profile of performance indexes of
electronic service offices from the point of view of experts and citizens of Tehran. The design of
this research in this paper is descriptive (non-experimental) survey type research. The research
population of this paper is the citizens of Tehran city and the experts of the municipality of Tehran.
Due to the fact that the used sample in this paper should be selected from throughout the city of
Tehran and from different areas of the municipality, therefore the sampling method in this research
is Stratified sampling. The size of the research population has been determined equal to 180
individuals with the use of Morgan table for determining the sample size. In this research the
author made questionnaire has been designed for testing the research hypotheses.
The analysis of data collected from the questionnaire has been performed with the use of SPSS
software. The estimation of the certainty significance (test of hypotheses) comparative test of the
mean between the two independent group (t) has been performed and it was shown that all the
hypotheses of the research are not confirmed. It means that the electronic service offices of the
city are not having any effect on acquiring the satisfaction of the citizens, providing on time and
quality services to citizens and also creating jobs in young people but they are having effect on
increasing the efficiency of providing effective, efficient services, more performance of the official
organizations and decreasing the expenses.
