Examination of Vital Factors of Success in Electronic Banking Development in Mellat Bank

The present study examines the vital factors of success in electronic banking development in mellat bank. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical community includes 500 ITʹ managers and specialists. The cluster sampling was used in this study and the 217 sample volumes were determined. 210 questionnaires returned which were examinable. The field study is used for gathering the data and the measurement tool is questionnaire. The validity of questionnaire is acceptable in aspect of content and formal method and the measurement reliability has been confirmed through the Cronbach Alpha. The 1researcher made a questionnaire to gather data. At first, the acceptability of theoretical model was examined by the LISREL v880 software in order to analyze the information and then the data was analyzed through the path coefficient and T-test by The SPSS20. The findings of study show that the model is usable for the determined sample and the model fitting is acceptable. The results of analysis of data indicate that the examination of vital factors of success in electronic banking development in mellat bank has positive effect. In other words, the technical, operational and strategic factors have positive effect on the success of electronic banking development.
