Abstract :
With advent to knowledge era & in the current world of competition, the main factor that
can assure success & priority of factories and organizations among the competitors is
talented human resources in a system, particularly in the managerial level. However the
challenges which Organizations are faced to are Attraction, Evaluation, Exploration, and
Development & Maintain of talents. The major Objective in this research is to explore
effect of Organizational culture upon Talent management in Culture Radio. This research
has been prepared in June, 2013 based on the data gathered by Questionnaire from the
staff of Culture Radio. The population at the Radio Culture is 214 people and according
to Morgan table, 142 Questionnaires have been analyzed. Subsequently, the research
showed that there is no significant relation between Organization culture and talent
management in Culture radio.
