The analysis of relationship between types of innovations and performance of organizations in innovation networks (Science and Technology Park as a case study)

nowadays, innovation is the most important factor in the knowledge-based organizationʹs Success and Survival. Innovation is a process which is created because of designʹs value. So, it appears as a service, process, technology and new business systems in organizations. The goal of this paper is to consider and analyze the effect of Innovation such as organizational innovations, products, processes and marketing innovations on different kind of performance including Innovative performance, marketing, production and financial in current organizations in innovation networks. So, we can use of theoretical and a Combinational framework in this performance. We do this and analyze the relationship between different kind of innovation and performances. In continue, we will analyze this performance experimentally by collecting data related to the kind of innovation. Moreover, performance related to the 70 organizations will be considered in science and Technology Park. This place is located in Tehran. Also, we can analyze them by Structural equation modeling approach and using Software lisrel 8.80. Finally, results show that kind of innovation effects directly on innovational performance. So, this performance acts as an Interface between innovation and other performance.
