Abstract :
Thereliabilityofthedynamicqualificationofstructuralcomponentsofanuclearpowerreactortotallydependsonthedynamiccharacterization,i.e.identificationofnaturalfrequencies,modeshapesanddampingofthecomponents.Often,thecorrectidentificationoftheseparametersbytheexperimentoranalysisalonemaybedifficultformanycases.Inthispaper,thestrengthoftheanalyticalmodellinginunderstandingtheexperimentalresultsandinterpretingthemarepresentedthroughacasestudy.
