Abstract :
Confirmatoryexperimentswereconductedtoassessthepotentialfornuclearfusionrelatedemissionsofneutronsandtritiumduringneutron-seededacousticcavitationofdeuteratedacetone.Correspondingcontrolexperimentswereconductedwithnormalacetone.Statisticallysignificant(5–11S.D.increased)emissionsof2.45MeVneutronsandtritiumweremeasuredduringcavitationexperimentswithchilleddeuteratedacetone.Controlexperimentswithnormalacetoneandirradiationalonedidnotresultintritiumactivityorneutronemissions.Insightsfromimagingstudiesofbubbleclustersandshocktracesignalsrelatingtobubblenuclearfusionarediscussed.
