Abstract :
Alumpedparametermathematicalmodelofthehelicalcoiledonce-throughsteamgeneratorofthe10MWhigh-temperaturegas-cooledreactor(HTR-10)isdevelopedbaseduponthefundamentalconservationoffluidmass,energy,andmomentum.Thesteamgeneratorishandledwithsingletubeconceptandisdividedintothreeregionsassubcooledregion,boilingregion,andsuperheaterregion.Andtheseregionshavemovableboundariestosimulatethechangeoftheregionlengths.Alotofnumericalexperimentsareinvestigatedusingthedevelopedmodel.Thesteady-statesimulationresultsagreewellwiththedesigndata.Thetransientsimulationresultsshowthatthemodelcanproperlypredictthesteamgeneratordynamics.
