Abstract
Theproblemofforecastingingeneralandinreal-timeofthebehaviorofseismicwaveisdiscussed.Seismicwavesclassificationonthebaseofprincipleaxistransformationandevolutionarypowerspectrumestimationisprovidedforitimplementationinanintelligenthybridmodel.Ahybridmodelforreal-timeforecastingofstrongmotionaccelerationonthebasesofgeneral,tectonic,seismicandsiteparametersisdeveloped,whereneuro-fuzzymodeliscombinedwithlong-rangedependencetimeseriesanalysis.Seismiccontrolisrealizingonthebaseofthisforecasting.Suggestedmodelhelpsfortakingrightdecisionforactivatingdifferentdevicesandsystemsforpassive,activeorhybridstructuralcontrolforprotectionofhigh-riskstructureslikepowerplants,inparticularnuclearpowerplants.ThenumericalsimulationwasmadewithdifferentprogrampackageslikeFuzzyTECH5.51,MatLab6.5andSimulink.
