Abstract :
Withtheincreasingreliabilityofthemoderntechnology,thehumancontributiontotheglobalriskintheoperationofindustrialsystemsisbecomingmoreandmoresignificant:inthenuclearreactoroperation,forexample,arecentProbabilisticSafetyAssessmentofthiscontributionisabout25%oftheprobabilityofcoredamage,allsituationsconsidered.
