Greenʹs functions and general formalism for 2D piezoelectricity Original Research Article

Explicit expressions for two-dimensional (2D) Greenʹs functions in piezoelectric crystals of general anisotropy are derived. The Greenʹs functions are used to produce the general solution for 2D problems in piezoelectric media. Evaluation for degenerate materials is also discussed.
