Abstract :
A logistic model of periodic chemotherapy is developed that includes drug resistance. Criteria are developed to describe the acceptable number of doses before tumor regrowth due to drug resistance occurs. The model is then compared with some clinical results, and it is shown that they qualitatively match well.
