Let ff be a transcendental meromorphic function and RR be a rational function such that R≢0R≢0, and let kk be a positive integer. If all zeros of ff have multiplicity at least kk, except possibly finitely many, and f(z)=0⟺f(k)(z)=0f(z)=0⟺f(k)(z)=0, then f(k)−Rf(k)−R has infinitely many zeros.
