On Hausdorff spaces via ideals and quasi I-irresolute functions

In this paper, quasi I-open sets due to Abd El-Monsef et al. [Tamkang Math. J. 31(2) (2000) 101] are used to introduce a new weak separation axiom and a new type of function. Some of the basic properties of quasi I-irresolute functions, as well as the connections between them, are investigated.
