Abstract
Structures with fractal geometry and discrete units, albeit complex, pervade our universe, from subatomic systems to galaxies. Randomness and discreteness are dominant characteristics. It is possible to surmise a common ground between quantum and fractal physics. Some examples will be discussed in detail.
