Determining the temperature of the microwave background radiation from the topology and geometry of spacetime

The absolute zero temperature, the mass of the electron and the COBE temperature of microwave background radiation are determined theoretically within the frame work of a general theory using purely the topological and geometrical properties of the spacetime.
