Small world network, ε(∞) topology and the mass spectrum of high energy particles physics

The paper gives an outline of ε(∞) theory in the context of quantum gravity and small world network topology. The so gained insights are subsequently used to elucidate the derivation of the mass spectrum of high energy particles physics.
