Scaled Quantum effects

In earlier work it was argued that elementary particles are formed out of a background Quantum vacuum, at the Compton scale to form a space on the lines of El Naschie’s E(∞) Cantorian space time. We now address the question of structure or lumpiness in the universe at different scales, and show that a similar explanation holds, for example at the scale of stars and galaxies.
