Perturbation from a cubic Hamiltonian with three figure eight-loops

This paper concerns with the number of limit cycles for a cubic Hamiltonian system under quartic perturbation. Different distributions are given by using the methods of bifurcation theory and qualitative analysis. It gives rise to the conclusion: the Hilbert number H(4) 13 for the second part of Hilbertʹs 16th problem.
