Abstract :
ABSTRACT: The current research has dealt with the designation of model in order to promote the teacher education curriculum qualitatively. This research was carried out by the descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population consists of the instructors of the centers for teacher’s education, professors and specialists and experts of the educational sciences of the Mazandaran provinceʹs universities, 230 individuals. In order to raise the external validity of project, the total of the statistical population was selected as the researchʹs sample, subject of the research and study of the precedents of the researches was conducted using the similar questionnaires, related theories and components of the teacher education curriculum were identified in order to promote it qualitatively and provided in the a questionnaire with the interval scale and four-choice spectrum and its validity and saturating factors were estimated. Reliability of the test was obtained 0.93 using the Chronbach alpha. Data of the research were analyzed using the descriptive and inferential statistics, process of the conceptualization, factorial analysis and path analysis. Finding of the factorial analysis showed that: Components of the curriculum, in order to promote the quality of the teacher education curriculum, have found the capability of modeling in three factors and the three factors explicate totally 80.754 percent of the total variance of the variables and the factorial matrix of the simple structure of the factors is to be obtained in the final step using the Varimax rotation, and the factors, under the topics of designation, execution and evaluation, were extracted. Then, itʹs conceptual model was designed which, in the format of a model, it was shown that each one of three factors is of the enough importance degree in order to the promote the curriculum of the educational system of the teacher education qualitatively; So that creation of the maximum flexibility in the plan of the teacher education in such a way that, reconsideration and reassessment, reformation and completion of the plans are possible, were taken into consideration for the rapid growth of the scientific transformation of the world and the daily needs of the society.
