Abstract :
In this study, we use a systematic method of linear programming model to select the best strategies for responding to project risk. At first, according to the past research 96 risks of a major series of project risks are identified and then 35 quality risks are identified due to the main goal of this research. These mentioned risks effect on work quality, in other words the conformity with customer expectation. After that the prioritization phase started. In this part, we prioritize risks by 3 different stages, first using quality criteria, second using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) techniques and third using COQ (Cost of Quality) techniques and finally critical risks are identified. Then prioritize risks according to decision making methods. In the response phase in order to select the best strategy for each risk a zero-one linear programming will be presented. For a real-world case study of this research a road construction project of a construction company is chosen.
