On Fuzzy b-I-open sets and Fuzzy b-I-continuous functions

In this paper, first of all we obtain some properties and characterizations of fuzzy b-I-open sets. After that, we also define the notion of b-I-closed sets and obtain some properties. Lastly, we introduce the notions of fuzzy b-I-continuity with the help of fuzzy b-I-open sets to obtain decomposition of fuzzy continuity.
