Eigenfrequencies of nonisotropic fractal drums

Let C be a regular nonisotropic fractal. The aim of the paper is to investigate the distribution of the eigenvalue of the fractal differential operator ð DÞ 1 trC acting in the anisotropic Sobolev space W1; a 2 ðR2Þ, where ð DÞ 1 is the inverse of the Dirichlet Laplanian in R2 and trC is closely related to the trace operator trC.
