Flavor tagging of b-quarks via charge of b-jets for sin 2β measurements at the LHC

It is shown that apart from the conventional method of b-quarks flavor tagging via muons for sin 2β measurements there are efficient methods based on the measurements of the charge of both b-jets - containing a Bd meson and the b-quark associated with it. The overall precision using all methods simultaneously could be about twice higher than for μ-tagging alone for a detector similar to CMS.
