A new evaluation of the t→cH decay width in the standard model

We present a new calculation of the t→cH decay rate in the standard model. We find that the corresponding branching fraction is B(t→cH)≃10−13÷10−14 for MZ≲mH≲2MW, that is about 6 orders of magnitude less than previously evaluated, and usually quoted in the literature.
