Experimental verification of the doughnut scattering mechanism of a high-energy beam deflection by a bent crystal

An analysis of the recent CERN experimental data dealt with new mechanisms of beam deflection by a bent crystal is presented. The modifications of the experiment conditions necessary for observation of the beam deflection connected with the doughnut scattering are specified.
