Abstract :
Osteoid osteomas are small, benign osteoblastic lesions. Ethmoid bone osteoma has been very rarely reported. We
report a rare case of osteoma of ethmoid sinus with orbital extension, in a 14-year-old boy. Excision of the tumor
was conducted via external ethmoidectomy approach. Post-operative period was uneventful.
