Semilattices and lattices of bounded continuous functions

We prove a version of the Choquet-Deny and Kakutani-Stone approximation theorems for convex and convex conic semilattices and for lattices of bounded continuous real-valued functions on an arbitrary completely regular Hausdorff space.
