Adaptive integration techniques for almost singular functions in the boundary element method

Three numerical adaptive integration schemes for almost singular functions occurring in the Boundary Element Method, which use subdivision of a domain or moving of nodes, are discussed. Some numerical examples show efficiency of the methods.
