Oscillation and nonoscillation in neutral equations with integrable coefficients

We obtain, respectively, new sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions and the existence of a positive solution of the neutral delay differential equation where τ, δ (0, ∞), , and λ∞t0 Q(s) ds < ∞.
