DAEs arising from traveling wave solutions of PDEs II

The study of traveling wave solutions of PDEs sometimes leads to systems of Differential Algebraic Equations (DAEs). This paper examines a family of DAEs that arise in this manner from the Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations. These DAEs are of interest in their own right, as a source of test problems for DAE numerical integrators, and because of their relationship to the MHD equations.
