  • Abstract
    We introduce the notion of an essential map for DKT, P1-compact, weakly DKT, and weakly closed maps. The ideas involved are elementary and rely on Urysohnʹs Lemma and the “appropriate” Schauder fixed-point theorem for the maps involved.
