Comments on "Dynamic wavelength routing using congestion and neighborhood information"

In this Comments, two typos in Li and Somaniʹs paper are pointed out. These errors may puzzle readers or even prevent them from drawing the right conclusion. In the second part of this Comments, the authors propose a correction to these errors.
